Lytespread Alpha features crisp lines and supple curves with an elegant perforated housing. The system is available in modules of 4, 8 and 12-foot lengths and is suspended by aircraft cable.

The patent pending reflector design allows the high performance T5 linear lamps to emit the majority of light at 107 degrees. This allows more usable light to radiate from the luminaire and creates a ceiling uniformity that meets or exceeds the IES RP-1 preferred criteria for office lighting. The luminaire can be mounted 24" from the ceiling on 18' centers and obtain less than a 5:1 ceiling brightness ratio while maintaining 55 footcandles on the work surface. The simplistic design and high performance characteristics of Lytespread Alpha permit fewer luminaires to be used in a space without compromising light levels. By using fewer fixtures, the end user can reduce the initial cost of lighting the space, fixture installation costs, maintenance costs as well as reducing energy consumption.

The sleek design of Alpha is ideal for a range of commercial and institutional applications including open bay offices, circulation areas and auditoriums.

Alpha features a choice of two 28W or 54W T5 fluorescent lamps with electronic ballasts. Dimming ballasts and emergency battery packs are available.
