As a member of the Sales and Marketing Team, this position is responsible for managing marketing initiatives targeted at the specification community, including assistance in developing Tech Center programming and presentations for specifiers, contractors, distributors, end users and direct sales force.

Bachelor's degree in a technical area and 3-5 years experience in the lighting/electrical industry required or an equivalent combination of technical education/experience
Must have working knowledge of Lightolier markets including lighting specifiers, lighting end users, electrical distributors and representatives, and electrical contractors
Excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers
Travel required 25%, must be able to work at least one night per week and coordinate functions as required
