Regional Vice President Northeast
As a senior level manager this position will provide leadership for the Northeast sales territory and will be responsible for consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue through effective planning, organizing, and development of a sales team. The RVP will also cultivate and grow customer relationships, identify and expand market share with existing and new accounts, and identify needs for new products and/or markets.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of progressive sales experience in the lighting industry calling on architects, engineers, and lighting consultants or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Superior sales ability including excellent negotiation skills and successful track record with sales assignments; experience selling specification and/or technical type products
Thorough understanding of the lighting industry including product base
Demonstrated success as a manager/supervisor; excellent leadership/mentoring skills; able to motivate others
Able to manage multi-site, multi-state locations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills; strong project management skills and effective presentation skills
Excessive travel; must be available to travel as needed and often on very short notice
