In this position, you will be responsible for the overall marketing
and product management responsibilities for the linear product line. Including sales and profitability
of the line, market research and development of new products, introductions of new products, development
of catalogs, spec sheets, price lists and all other marketing release material. Also, provide sales
training, sales technical product support, and distributors training support. This position will
also be responsible for forecasting product sales, disposition of excess and obsolete inventory
and standard line maintenance.

BS degree in a related field with 3-5 years of related experience in
the lighting industry.
Knowledge of lamp technology/applications and industry competitors and products.
Experience with marketing national accounts.

Keep new product development process and marketing releases on track
to hit planned intro dates Support field (National Accounts) with product application knowledge
to facilitate increased growth in systems Conduct new product training, Lightolier University,
Distributor College (internal training programs) Attend industry trade shows and travel to markets/customers
for the purpose of promoting products and conducting market research Manage the pricing, costs,
inventory and obsolete stock to improve profitability of the product line Support general marketing
activities of the department-price increases, ABC analysis, CPSG updates, etc.
