Philips Lightolier, a premier leader in the lighting industry is seeking an Energy Services Analyst to be based in Louisville, KY. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to deliver great results by providing energy savings solutions for our customers throughout the United States!
In partnership with the company sales team, the incumbent will conduct energy analysis on projects that will result in recommended measurable energy cost reductions, defined projected return on investment, and itemized economic payback, among other benefits. The incumbent will also participate in onsite audits and coordinate department sales reporting as needed.

Participation in initial project meetings to discuss energy goals
Performing analysis of alternatives using energy modeling software and spreadsheets
Recommending lighting design solutions utilizing energy efficient technologies
Prepare documentation required to obtain LEED energy credits, tax and utility incentives
Present results to customers and participate in ASHRAE level energy audits which may include site visits, walk-through assessments, data collection, financial analysis and report writing
Requirements:
BS degree in Business, Engineering (EE or ME) or related field, with proven experience in energy services market, preferably with energy efficient lighting systems
Must have ability to develop energy analysis plans and energy audits
Refined customer service skills
Effective writing and presentation skills, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, and strong mathematical aptitude required.
Travel to customer locations required
