Lightolier, a premiere leader in the lighting industry for over 100 years, is opening a direct sales office in the Kansas City marketplace and is seeking a seasoned sales manager with proven experience in the lighting/electrical industry to oversee the day to day operations of our sales office.

The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing quotation activities, setting strategies, and developing and improving the sales skills of the team. Additionally, will call on key contractors, distributors and specifiers to insure relationships are being developed.

Requirements:

	BS/BA degree with 5+ years experience managing a sales team
	7+ years experience in electrical sales preferably in the lighting industry
	Strong communication skills, the ability to motivate and to handle multiple tasks required
