Duties for this position include:
directing and managing all activities of the Design and Engineering department from initial design concepts to final products. The ideal candidate will direct feasibility studies on new products. Will take corrective action to ensure quality control on all product lines, and will perform value engineering on certain products.
Qualifications include:
Qualifications include a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of lighting, light sources, and Linear lighting design techniques. Requires a minimum of 3 years experience and supervisory experience in product design. |
