As the senior member of the finance team, this individual will provide overall leadership through strategic vision and direction for the various financial department functions.

Manage and direct the General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Cash Application functions
Direct monthly accounting close activities, record and review general journal entries and review monthly account reconciliations
Direct cash management functions to ensure monthly Accounts Payable and cash flow goals are met
Act as Finance department liaison between the Division, Corporate Finance team and external auditors on a continual basis
Ensure quarter-end and year-end Corporate internal and external audit financial reporting requirements are completed timely and accurately
Evaluate and assist in the financial analysis of new product and production machinery capital requests
Ensure Division's compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, Corporate accounting policies and procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Assist in the preparation of the Division's monthly forecasting process and annual budget to Corporate headquarters
Assume additional related responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance) with 10 plus years financial management experience in a progressive environment with manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Sound knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, controls and audit, and budget/ forecasting
Demonstrated strategic planning, leadership and presentation skills; must be a hands-on leader
Excellent computer skills; well developed verbal/written communication and mentoring skills; ability to achieve results through teams
Desirable Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree and/or CPA
Integrated business system implementation experience helpful
External auditing experience
