This individual will work in close collaboration with Product and Design Management in generating innovative conceptual designs that support the organization's new product strategy. Incumbent will also be an active contributor in the multi-disciplined team responsible for bringing these new innovative products to market.

Concept Development: generate creative ideas for new markets, leadership products in existing markets, and cost effective solutions to improve current products.
Advance state-of-the-art design and engineering of our products through the exploration and application of materials, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
Project Management: define scope, organize, monitor, and manage assigned projects to meet or exceed quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field with 10+ years experience in creative/conceptual product design in a collaborative, team based environment.
Knowledge of the lighting market and working knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and assembly processes
Proficient with CAD
Must be comfortable and confident with multiple tasks while maintaining commitments in a results oriented environment.
